As part of the ongoing campaign to develop young people intellectually, socially, economically and spiritually regular projects are instigated to make them responsible citizens as members of their local, national and international communities.

As a consequence of encouraging youth participation in the community and enhancing their personality, character, intellectual and spiritual development we have launched the "Global Youth Campaign". The purpose of this youth campaign is to mobilise and sensitise the youth (at school, college or university) on issues regarding community development, and to invite young people to act, debate and reflect.

Participate in the TFI Global Youth Campaign

If you are aged between 8 to 25 years old and you are concerned by various community issues: sustainable development, environment, peace, socio-economic, political, social and moral decline then contact us to either get involved or to help us to organise events for the youth.

You can be part of a generation and movement that is working for transformation of society and has the means to change this situation.

Maybe you have the feeling that you are powerless and that you cannot change anything - this is wrong! You can do something. Thousands of young people all over the world are engaged in many projects to improve the conditions of life of their communities and to advocate for comprehensive changes. We can join our efforts and together can make a difference.

Just form a team with some of your friends and contact us. We will help you to develop a project, which can take one of the two following forms: -

• Develop a campaign within your school, college, university, within your community, and raise awareness about global poverty, causes and solutions, or other community issues such as drug abuse.

Or

• Organise a sporting and/or educational activity in the community for young people such as scouts, football or cricket.

We can help you to get the information and the skills required to develop your project.

Don't wait! Take part in the global youth campaign! Set up or join an existing TFI team and change the world we live in - make it a better place for yourself and others around you.

Aims of the Campaign

• Mobilise young people, from 8 to 25 years old (at school, college or university) and encourage them to develop projects responding to the needs of their community.
• Develop educational resources enabling young people to acquire motivation, knowledge and skills regarding community problems and the ability to develop projects.
• Support young people to use media or to create alternative solutions to inform, sensitize, mobilise other young people on a larger audience on global issues such as poverty, environment, socio-economic issues, sustainable development, justice and peace.
